About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build out the treasury function for an established, rapidly growing digital lender
Own daily treasury operations and provide long-term treasury strategy and goals
Manage daily cash positions and working capital across business units
Initiate and track daily, weekly, and monthly funding and cash-management wires
Build, update, and maintain working-capital forecasting models and reporting
Create and run a documented, automated daily operations playbook
Own relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and lenders
Lead weekly and ad hoc working-capital processes, meetings, and action-item tracking
Manage capital flows through credit facilities and capital-markets vehicles
Lead treasury policy, cash-control, and banking-portal administration
Manage accounts, permissions, authorized signers, ZBA structures, and bank documentation
Lead daily allocation of loans to investors and refresh related forecasts
Support month-end close, covenant tracking, financial-document execution, and records maintenance
Distribute financial dashboards covering cash balances, borrowing capacity, inflows, outflows, and forecast performance
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling support
Support external audit requests and internal testing
Build consolidated working-capital dashboards and financial models
Administer credit facilities, including covenant compliance reporting, drawdowns, and payments
Perform sensitivity analysis on covenants and triggers
Leverage data feeds and AI to improve internal treasury management systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function
Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis
Attention to detail
Experience supporting project management tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in changing business needs and complex business environments
Critical thinking and ability to investigate financial models and offer improvements
Self-starter and builder eager to implement best-in-class practices
Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, and ModernTreasury, or building internal tooling leveraging data feeds and AI
Ability to work in approved PST, MST, or CST locations, depending on remote arrangement
H1-B Visa transfer or sponsorship and STEM-OPT Visa sponsorship are not available
