About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the company’s daily cash position and working capital across business units
  • Initiate and track daily, weekly, and monthly funding and cash-management wires
  • Build and maintain working-capital forecasting models and reporting
  • Create and run a documented daily treasury operations playbook
  • Own relationships with accounts payable, finance, accounting, procurement, business operations, investor operations, commissions, and capital markets teams
  • Lead the weekly and ad hoc working-capital process, including meetings and action-item tracking
  • Manage capital flows through credit facilities and capital-markets vehicles
  • Develop expertise in fintech capital markets and interest-rate forecasting
  • Collaborate on intercompany loans, profit sharing, tax treatments, and complex transactions
  • Lead treasury policies, controls, electronic banking administration, account management, and ZBA structures
  • Lead daily loan allocation to investors and maintain related forecasts
  • Manage banking-partner and lender relationships
  • Support month-end close, covenant tracking, financial-document execution, audits, and internal testing
  • Distribute financial dashboards covering cash balances, borrowing capacity, inflows, outflows, and forecast performance
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling support
  • Build consolidated working-capital dashboards and financial models
  • Administer credit facilities, including covenant reporting, drawdowns, and payments
  • Perform sensitivity analysis for covenants and triggers
  • Improve treasury management systems using data feeds and AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function
  • Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience supporting project management tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in changing business needs and complex environments
  • Critical-thinking and financial-model investigation skills
  • Self-starter and builder mindset
  • Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, or ModernTreasury, or building internal tooling leveraging data feeds and AI
  • Note: H1-B Visa transfer or sponsorship and STEM-OPT Visa sponsorship are unavailable
