About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global indirect procurement team across regions
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global procurement processes to drive efficiency, standardization, and best practices across indirect categories
- Establish and maintain global policies, guidelines, and governance for indirect procurement
- Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related financial, operational, contractual, and reputational risks
- Monitor and strategically manage global indirect spend to deliver sustainable savings, efficiencies, and business value across Arcera
- Own strategic tendering processes and lead negotiations for business-critical and high-value global projects
- Lead global contract management and procurement technology implementation, including Coupa
- Integrate subsidiaries into the global indirect procurement organization and drive harmonization of processes, policies, and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement within an international environment
- 4–5+ years of proven leadership experience at a global level
- Experience working with and reporting to executive management
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term indirect procurement strategies
- Demonstrated experience in building and developing high-performing procurement organizations and teams
- Results-driven leadership style with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead teams across multiple regions
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of cross-functional business processes
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders and drive adherence to global procurement policies, processes, and guidelines
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to act as a challenging, pragmatic, and effective business partner
- Strong expertise in contract management and project leadership
- Exceptional negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Fluent in English
