About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on AI integration and modern software architectures
- Hands-on development in Java/C# and frontend frameworks
- Cloud migration and optimization using Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Conduct workshops and provide technical leadership for clients
- Take ownership of project delivery from conception through go-live
- Maintain direct client contact
- Help shape the technology strategy and internal processes
- Contribute to building the new Cologne office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, software development, or project management
- Strong skills in a high-level programming language
- Data management skills in data science, data analytics, or data engineering
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with generative AI (a plus)
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS (a plus)
- Open-source contributions or personal projects (a plus)
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and understandably
- Excellent self-organization skills
- Fluent German
- Business-fluent English
