About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote annual service agreements
  • Handle inbound calls as the first point of contact, identify customer needs, and convert opportunities into sales
  • Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience
  • Document interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions
  • Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance
  • Meet or exceed sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail while navigating computer systems and documenting updates accurately
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain resilience while working toward measurable results
  • Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
