About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the growth and success of Acorn Training’s contracts in the allocated region
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with new and existing employers
  • Represent Acorn Training at key forums, networking events, and exhibitions
  • Manage new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of learners, employers, and referral partners
  • Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales against contract requirements
  • Manage pipeline data to maximise conversion rates and improve forecasting
  • Provide personalised, ethical information, advice, and guidance to potential employers and customers
  • Use CRM and other systems accurately to document pipeline progress, demonstrations, and meetings
  • Coordinate the transition from sale through onboarding to delivery
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and peers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet apprenticeship sales and revenue targets, grow the employer and learner base, develop partnerships, increase regional market share, strengthen brand recognition, and provide timely, accurate reporting
