About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operational teams in analyzing their income statements and performance indicators to identify improvement and profitability drivers
- Advise operational teams on activity management, organization, and actions to implement in order to optimize performance
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting for the various subsidiaries
- Turn data into clear analyses and decision-support tools
- Contribute to the development of reporting and data visualization tools
- Assist accounting teams with inventory and provision controls
- Participate in monthly and annual closing processes
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Occasionally travel to regional offices as required by business activity and needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5) in finance, accounting, or management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Thoroughness, autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Availability for an average of 2 to 3 regional business trips per month
