About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support operational teams in analyzing their income statements and performance indicators
  • Advise operational teams on managing their activities, organization, and optimization initiatives
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting for the various subsidiaries
  • Turn data into clear analyses and decision-support tools
  • Contribute to the development of reporting and data visualization tools
  • Support inventory and provision controls with the accounting teams
  • Participate in monthly and annual closings
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Make occasional visits to branches outside the Paris region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in finance, accounting, or management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, curious, and proactive
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Regional travel required, approximately 2 to 3 trips per month
  • Fluency in French required, as the working environment is French-speaking
