About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients under direct supervision
  • Support and inform coverage strategy and plans
  • Issue proofs of insurance, including certificates, evidence, and auto IDs
  • Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests in a timely manner
  • Request changes on behalf of clients
  • Review new and renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered
  • Process audits, cancellations, and other client-related documents
  • Maintain accurate client data in the EPIC agency management system
  • Document all activities in EPIC
  • Keep current with industry trends through educational seminars and classes
  • Complete other assigned functions and duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Property & Casualty Producer License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire date
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • High School diploma required
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence
  • EPIC experience preferred
