About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide general administrative support to internal initiatives tied to automation
- Review and analyze data for accuracy
- Organize and identify data into one central location
- Support testing and development for AI initiatives
- Troubleshoot workflows built in AI and report issues
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively
- Follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect operations when handling sensitive information and assigned tasks
- Maintain day-to-day regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion
- Support the Regulatory Affairs team through effective and accurate administrative assistance
- Undertake other projects as assigned
Requirements

- Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
- Associate Degree or the recognized equivalent of education and experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of general office experience required, including at least one year in customer service role and/or administrative role
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and internet experience is required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
