Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general administrative support to internal initiatives tied to automation
  • Review and analyze data for accuracy
  • Organize and identify data into one central location
  • Test and support development of AI initiatives
  • Troubleshoot AI-built workflows and report issues
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and follow projects through to successful completion under deadline pressure
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information and assigned tasks

  • Support the Regulatory Affairs team through effective and accurate administrative assistance
  • Maintain awareness of team roles and functions
  • Complete other projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates Degree or the recognized equivalent of education and experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of general office experience required, including at least one year in customer service role and/or administrative role
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and internet experience is required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Demonstrate strong proofreading skills
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
