About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Field and handle support inquiries from brokers
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Licensing/Contracting, Accounting, and other departments
  • Manage broker relationships
  • Ensure contracted brokers are equipped to sell products throughout the year
  • Conduct continual outreach to keep brokers engaged
  • Create, update, and maintain Microsoft documents for reporting, electronic filing, and other purposes
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
  • Review emails and share information with appropriate staff
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information
  • Explain policies when necessary
  • Work independently and/or within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and statistical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including advanced-level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • A high school diploma is required
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 3+ years of Administration experience
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence
