About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve annual sales objectives by building a qualified pipeline, converting leads to revenue-generating opportunities, and meeting or exceeding quota
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans using data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and AI-powered tools
  • Partner with service teams and marketing specialists to deliver comprehensive proposals and tailored solutions
  • Develop deep client relationships and provide a consultative sales approach
  • Use CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach, track interactions, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build external networks and promote Acrisure within the community
  • Follow structured sales cadences throughout the create–convert–close–retain cycle
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue forecasts, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal planning
  • Monitor industry and market trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, client experience, and revenue strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role required
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Experience with market expansion and leveraging technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts
  • Proven track record of obtaining new clients and/or new revenue growth in the industry
  • Experience utilizing technology and tech platforms
  • Demonstrated technology skills, including experience using CRM and AI applications
