About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytics for the Growth and Placement areas of Acrisure’s North American Insurance business
Own the analytics agenda from sizing opportunities to measuring realized impact
Break down ambiguous business problems into clear questions
Deliver analyses, models, and tools for producers, placement teams, and leaders
Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization to improve revenue growth, carrier and market placement, win rates, and retention
Embed analytics in operating workflows and track business impact
Translate findings for audiences of every technical level
Set up tools and monitoring to guide execution
Develop expertise in Acrisure’s business drivers and integrated performance choices
Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, gain buy-in, and measure impact
Run intake and evaluate gaps and opportunities
Set priorities and manage the roadmap with key stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing analytics team
Establish operating processes that keep the team agile as it grows
Develop training for team members and adjacent stakeholders
Enable effective self-service from data and analytics outputs
Serve as a domain expert to future-proof technologies and analytics processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of work experience in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields (Analytics, Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, etc.)
3+ years of direct people management experience
Willing and able to work from the office in Austin, Texas, 4 days a week in-person
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
Experience taking analytics from concept to production and demonstrating measurable business impact
Experience decomposing real-world problems, building financial models, and evaluating business implications
Proficiency in high-growth analytics and advanced methods to drive revenue
Ability to build and develop teams and capabilities
Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to audiences at all technical levels
Ability to prioritize competing demands in an unstructured environment
Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment with limited day-to-day oversight
Financial Services experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Palantir (Foundry or similar) preferred
Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services, especially in sales, distribution, or placement analytics, preferred
