About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and commercial support to corporate clients through structured offerings and innovative, high-value solutions
  • Help companies of all sizes and across all industries structure Health, Life, and Dental benefits programs through a consultative approach
  • Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with leading insurers
  • Identify and map companies for prospecting
  • Operate in the Corporate segment, selling benefits to companies with 100 or more covered lives
  • Negotiate with clients and close contracts
  • Conduct visits to prospect new clients and validate projects
  • Participate in the entire sales process
  • Analyze and develop projects within the commercial area
  • Serve clients directly and maintain relationships, including at the executive level
  • Review existing contracts and understand the products and policies of prospective companies
  • Analyze client contracts, identifying trends and deviations, and recommend financial adjustments to control claims ratios through customized reports
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure the best cost-benefit conditions
  • Develop results-oriented commercial strategies
  • Validate commercial analyses, prepare financial models, and recommend new policies for different scenarios
  • Actively participate in cross-selling initiatives and relationship-building with the insurance market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Sales, or a related field in healthcare
  • Postgraduate qualification in Management or Business
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • PowerPoint proficiency
  • Knowledge of health and dental plan regulations, ANS, and SUSEP
  • Strong interpersonal skills
