About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead renewal processes for the client portfolio.
- Conduct market research for clients and prospecting initiatives.
- Work across the health insurance, dental insurance, and group life insurance segments.
- Lead, monitor, and finalize client portfolio renewal processes.
- Perform technical analyses of contract claims ratios, utilization frequency, high-utilization members, and other analytical data to support negotiations.
- Develop the strategy for market studies and special projects of medium and large scope to meet client or prospect needs.
- Serve internal clients by providing technical support and guidance.
- Participate in meetings with internal clients as a technical resource.
- Review materials prepared by other team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Solid knowledge of the commercial practices, products, and operating models of the leading health, dental, and group life insurance carriers and insurers.
- Analytical skills for decision-making on projects in progress.
- Knowledge of industry regulations.
