Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing
Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions
Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement
Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate
Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs
Complete additional projects or duties as assigned

What you’ll need

Active P&C license
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and systems
Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members
HS Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management experience
Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
