Key responsibilities & impact

Validate sales transactions, hierarchies/territories, quotas, and exception inputs for assigned groups
Run calculations and reconcile outputs to source data, plan rules, and prior periods
Prepare payee statements
Research issues and resolve tickets/disputes within SLA
Maintain auditable documentation, checklists, and evidence artifacts
Support UAT test cases and data readiness checks during plan/policy changes
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to templates and checklists
Execute accurate and timely commission calculations, data validations, reconciliations, payee statements, and inquiry management in line with SLAs
Help build process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement as part of a new team

What you’ll need

2-4 years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar
Proficient Excel
Working SQL knowledge a plus
Experience with a commissions platform such as Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or Anaplan
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Comfortable with an on-site presence
Final candidates must complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and applicable laws
