Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and manage the program plan, roadmap, scope, and success measures
  • Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams or projects
  • Facilitate program-level steering committees and decision forums
  • Ensure alignment across interdependent projects and multiple functions
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing at the program level
  • Advise executives and senior leaders on program trade-offs, risks, and impacts
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and functional leaders
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO frameworks and delivery standards
  • Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers contributing to the program
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the full program lifecycle
  • Support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership through on-site presence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10 years leading large-scale or enterprise-level programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education
  • PMP or PgMP required
  • Agile or Lean certifications preferred
  • Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills
  • Calm, structured demeanor in complex or high-stakes environments
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Models stewardship, accountability, and transparency
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence
  • Final candidates must complete post-offer verification processes related to the role
