Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary onshore escalation point for Operations staff and offshore delivery teams
Own complex issues, ensure timely resolution, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Analyze recurring issues and drive process consistency and improvement
Coordinate with offshore leads, share best practices, and support training and documentation
Assist in developing and enhancing processes by streamlining tasks and improving efficiency
Maintain relationships with Accounting automation, Operations, Growth, Accounting, and Finance teams
Address escalations and inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, accounting policies, procedures, and controls
Identify potential financial risks and present issues and suggested solutions to leaders and Operational Excellence
Participate in special projects, initiatives, and UAT for system enhancements or process changes
Ensure accurate and timely completion of carrier invoice and payment tasks
Perform regular quality audits of offshore delivery processing to ensure SLA compliance
Support training documentation and knowledge sharing for onshore and offshore teams

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
3-5+ years of insurance accounting experience in Cash App & Receivables required
Demonstrated proficiency in Applied Epic agency management system
Proficiency in agency management system software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong cross-functional knowledge across all insurance accounting processes
Familiarity with process improvement tools or methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or automation
Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
