About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently lead complex software implementation projects from conception through go-live
  • Ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams spanning Development, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Support law firms and legal departments in implementing the solutions
  • Drive change management and foster sustainable user adoption
  • Define and monitor KPIs, milestones, and budgets
  • Identify risks at an early stage and take proactive corrective action
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities for scaling
  • Actively contribute to the development of the project management methodology
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Advise C-level stakeholders and foster sustainable partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 6 years of project management experience
  • Ideally, experience in a SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology environment
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex, or multifaceted projects
  • Experience with budget and team responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers and C-level decision-makers
  • Structured, solutions-oriented approach and a high degree of ownership
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification is an advantage
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban in hybrid projects is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of German or European contract law, or experience working with legal professionals, is an advantage
