About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to modernizing the company's internally developed platform
  • Build modern user interfaces using Lit and Web Components
  • Migrate features from the legacy system to the new Web Components architecture
  • Implement new frontend features as required
  • Participate in internal training and mentoring to master Lit, Web Components, and modern JavaScript
  • Build reusable UI components based on UX/UI designs and team standards
  • Write clean JavaScript (ESNext) following industry best practices
  • Help create unit and integration tests
  • Maintain the Storybook component library
  • Identify and fix visual or logic issues under supervision
  • Participate in daily meetings and refinements
  • Contribute to technical discussions and collaborate with the development team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate (Computer Science), Web Development vocational training, or a high-intensity Frontend Bootcamp
  • Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JS bundlers
  • Proactive, curious, and open to constructive feedback through code reviews
  • Passion for pixel-perfect design and great UX
  • Basic Git version control skills (clone, commit, push, pull)
  • Spanish proficiency to work
  • English good enough to read technical documentation and communicate internally
  • Comfortable using UNIX/Bash terminal fundamentals on WSL, Mac, or Linux
  • Bonus: experience with React, Vue, or Angular
  • Bonus: experience with Lit or solid understanding of Web Components
  • Bonus: experience implementing software architecture patterns
  • Bonus: personal GitHub projects demonstrating clean, organized code
