About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the 3-annual roadmap
- Translate the roadmap into the yearly domain portfolio
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives
- Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects
- Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects
- Build change capabilities within the business
- Coach and support project managers within the program
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across functions
- Report status and progress to key stakeholders
- Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field
- 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience
- Responsibility for at least 4 complex projects
- Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Fluent in English
- Dutch and additional languages are a plus
- Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices is nice to have
