  • Develop the annual 3-year roadmap and translate it into the yearly domain portfolio
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects
  • Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects
  • Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch and additional languages are a plus
