About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop the annual 3-year roadmap
Translate the roadmap into the yearly domain portfolio
Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives
Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals
Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects
Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects
Build change capabilities within the business
Coach and support project managers within the program
Identify and manage risks and dependencies
Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across functions
Report status and progress to key stakeholders
Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field
10+ years of direct program management or project management experience
Responsibility for at least 4 complex projects
Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project
Fluent in English
Dutch and additional languages are a plus
Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices is nice to have
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
