About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for the application portfolio
- Prioritize projects, portfolios, and operational tasks by importance and urgency
- Plan achievements, schedules, and resources
- Ensure project goals, objectives, achievements, and results are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Develop status reporting and communicate status, schedules, risks, and issues across the organization
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align newsletters and company communications with corporate standards
- Identify and communicate project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans or solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with executives, senior leaders, stakeholders, and team resources
- Define and manage project management processes and champion Agile methodology improvements
- Develop test management plans, test scenarios, defect capture, test status reporting, and approvals with stakeholders and application owners
- Develop change management plans and track change management activities within overall project plans
- Foster collaboration, feedback, and participation across Corporate and Enterprise Applications PMO teams
- Own products and/or programs end-to-end from concept inception through delivery, adoption, and operational support
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a program manager, product manager, or project manager managing application programs or projects
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, complex enterprise application programs or projects applying internal and vendor resources
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Comfortable presenting and communicating to large groups and across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with little supervision
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to lead and influence without explicit authority
- Diligent problem solver with excellent organization skills
- Experience implementing, championing, and working with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with vendor and contract management process
- Knowledge of ERP, HCM, EPM systems and technologies
- Knowledge of various database and data analytics tools and technologies
- Passion for the gaming industry
- Prior experience as a scrum master or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable with IT infrastructure, including data centers, networking, cloud, and storage platforms
- Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including Portfolio Management, Sprinting, and Backlog Grooming
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Experience with Waterfall project management methodology
