About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide primary administrative support for Acts 29 Global
- Centrally support the global division and align regional efforts with the President’s strategic objectives
- Communicate information and expectations to Global Regional Directors
- Plan and facilitate online and in-person Global Team meetings
- Handle meeting logistics, including virtual links, venues, lodging, and catering
- Attend Global Team meetings, take accurate notes, and distribute key decisions and action items
- Coordinate with regional administrative assistants regarding meeting outcomes
- Manage short-term and one-off projects through timely completion
- Ensure Global Regional Directors maintain accurate records, reliable reporting, and compliance with organizational systems
- Communicate travel logistics for US events and in-person Global Team meetings
- Assist coordination between Communications and Global Regions for event promotions and celebrations
- Liaise between Finance and Global Regional Directors to resolve financial, accounting, and reimbursement issues
- Provide administrative assistance with church-to-church partnerships as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Part-time, hourly workload of 20–25 hours weekly
- Passionate about Acts 29’s gospel-centered mission
- Understands cross-cultural ministry and works collaboratively
- Must agree to abide by and embody Acts 29’s Statement of Faith and religious beliefs
- Strong communicator and team player
- Open to growth and dedicated to improving standards of excellence
- Professional in behavior, attitude, and dress
- Supports and implements Acts 29’s Strategic Plan
- Overnight travel required at times
- Must adhere to Acts 29’s Handbook, Statement of Faith, Information Security Policy, and additional staff policies
- Must utilize Acts 29’s data, financial, and communication policy systems
- Must return Acts 29-purchased equipment upon termination
