Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritize
Fast and self-initiating learning
Ability to perform basic mathematics
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Some electronic experience preferred
Flexible to work overtime as needed
Able to read and understand English
Use of hand tools such as drills, crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, and press fits
Ability to follow security rules, safety policies, instructions, and quality guidelines
