About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a two-year rotational BUILD program
  • Rotate to a different functional area every six months
  • Support discovery activities by documenting business challenges and exploring where AI can drive value
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, usage metrics, and insights supporting business operations and strategic decisions
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities
  • Assist in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for AI-related features or enhancements
  • Attend product meetings and document stakeholder needs, prioritize requirements, and clarify goals
  • Help maintain product backlogs and roadmap documentation with Product Managers
  • Track performance metrics, collect user feedback, and participate in testing
  • Participate in onboarding, mentorship, networking, peer collaboration, leadership report-outs, and performance reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • 0 to 2 years of applicable work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Agile software development, roadmaps, and user story writing
  • Exposure to AI or emerging technologies through coursework, research, or internships
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative problem-solving
  • Excellent time management
  • Comfortable taking initiative
  • Team-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Midtown Atlanta, GA
  • Must start employment on July 12, 2027
