About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth in South Korea by maximizing the performance of existing channel partners
  • Deepen partner engagement, improve pipeline quality, and execute joint go-to-market activities
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align and enable channel partners
  • Manage and grow revenue through assigned existing channel partners
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasts, and business reviews
  • Identify partner performance gaps and implement improvement plans
  • Strengthen relationships with key partner stakeholders and sales teams
  • Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing resources
  • Coordinate partner training, certifications, and joint customer activities
  • Support partners on deal strategy, pricing alignment, and solution positioning
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline with partners
  • Drive opportunity progression from lead to close through partner collaboration
  • Support partner-led opportunities with internal sales and applications engineering teams
  • Deliver assigned revenue and growth targets through the channel
  • Maintain partner pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Provide updates on partner performance, pipeline health, and key risks
  • Track partner KPIs and contribution to overall business results
  • Share competitive, customer, and market insights relevant to South Korea

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in channel sales or partner management and driving revenue growth
  • Experience as a AVC Systems Engineer, Contractor and/or Consultant
  • Experience with third party control integration is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong pipeline discipline
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a market facing role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Korean and business level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global teams in day-to-day work
  • Prior experience working for a manufacturer or technology vendor is highly preferred
