About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the two-year BUILD rotational experience for early-career talent
- Rotate to a different Finance & Accounting functional area every six months
- Gain hands-on experience and build business acumen and skill proficiency
- Explore areas including Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, ABL Finance, ABL Accounting, Cost Accounting, AIS Finance, AIS Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Development
- Take an active role in professional development and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with program peers on business processes and initiatives
- Participate in mentorship, networking, leadership report-out meetings, and performance reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to travel based on business needs
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred
- Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred
- Candidates may begin employment on January 11, 2027 or July 12, 2027
