About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a two-year rotational Finance & Accounting program
- Rotate to a different functional area every six months
- Gain hands-on experience across finance and accounting functions, including Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, ABL Finance, ABL Accounting, Cost Accounting, AIS Finance, AIS Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Development
- Build business acumen, functional expertise, and professional skills
- Participate in specialized onboarding, mentorship, social and networking events, peer collaboration, and leadership report-out meetings
- Contribute to business processes and initiatives while receiving performance feedback and development support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to travel based on business needs
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred
- Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred
- Early-career talent interested in learning, new challenges, feedback, technology, and a long-term career at Acuity
