About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement strategies that team members use to achieve goals
- Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and skills
- Offer training necessary to complete certain tasks
- Build trusting relationships by interpreting team members' emotions and behaviors in an environment of continuous feedback
- Create development plans for cell leaders to grow their shared competencies
- Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people do their best work and improve engagement
- Administer and ensure the area's operation and production plan achieves key indicators
- Develop and implement process improvements using the BSF toolkit impacting safety, quality, productivity, and service level
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English skills
- Leadership experience managing a team of 7 people directly or more
- High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to read and analyze data and charts
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and train others
- Passion for people
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
