About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a two-year rotational BUILD program with rotations every six months
  • Build business acumen and skill proficiency through hands-on experience
  • Support third-party risk management, including due diligence reviews, documentation, issue escalation, and compliance tools
  • Assist with Code of Ethics and Business Conduct programs, training, and regulatory analysis
  • Support regulatory monitoring, tracking, and assessment for product compliance, environmental health and safety, and sustainability
  • Assist with regulatory advocacy and process improvements
  • Support global trade compliance analysis, assessments, and audits covering imports, exports, tariffs, and broker compliance
  • Assist with global trade regulatory monitoring and analytics
  • Support enterprise risk management, including risk identification, monitoring, and ERM tools
  • Assist with insurance review, claims analytics, property risk control, and contract compliance
  • Participate in mentorship, networking, collaboration, and leadership report-out activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s of Business in Law, Political Science, Risk Management, International Affairs, Occupational Safety, Supply Management, Economics, or a related field is required
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships at all levels and departments
  • Ability to adjust priorities, meet business needs, and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong ethics and integrity, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High interpersonal skills, mature judgment, emotional intelligence, and independent thinking
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Availability to travel based on business need, up to 20%, is required
  • Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred
