About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build AI agents to acquire new data
  • Define data-quality measurement methods and identify improvements to data and processes
  • Partner with product teams to coordinate deployment of data into the customer product
  • Help define dataset-quality KPIs tied to customer outcomes
  • Execute new data acquisition with third parties, including coordination and contracting
  • Ensure external data acquisition aligns with business value
  • Acquire and curate datasets through AI-driven workflows
  • Evaluate data quality and maintain ongoing systems
  • Prioritize datasets with product peers and evaluate ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, light engineering, or similar work
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or another scripting language is a plus
  • Experience engaging external vendors and participating in discovery processes is a plus
  • Ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and structuring analyses and summaries
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work comfortably with ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, reason through tradeoffs, and tell stories using data
  • Eagerness to learn skills for building AI systems and conducting evaluations
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
