Key responsibilities & impact

Work on all aspects of current product and future product development
Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape solutions
Develop key features and workflows for products serving MedTech sales teams
Build end-to-end features across web and mobile
Use data insights to identify product enhancements, resolve performance issues, and discover opportunities
Help streamline processes and strengthen team culture
Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies to improve scale and speed
Mentor and inspire up-and-coming engineers
Build with agentic tools such as Claude Code and Codex
Contribute to solutions that help bring cutting-edge medical technologies to patients

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years as a software engineer working in the product domain
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies
Curiosity and interest in learning and working with latest technologies and agentic tools
Eligible work permit in the USA
Nice to have: experience building agentic experiences, including tool use/function calling, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar
