About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the month-end financial close process alongside the wider finance team
  • Lead monthly financial reporting to the business, Board and ELT
  • Own the internal budgeting and forecasting process and supporting deliverables
  • Review financial results for commercial accuracy and lead internal program reporting
  • Partner with departments across the business to improve operational efficiency
  • Support external reporting, including results presentations and investor materials
  • Recommend and implement process and AI-driven improvements to data flow and integrity
  • Provide financial support for commercial deals, tenders and growth initiatives led by the CFO
  • Work with some early mornings or evenings to support global operations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified accountant with up to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication with confident stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical, critical-thinking approach to problem solving
  • High attention to detail and ability to translate data into insight
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with NetSuite, NSPB and PowerQuery
  • Track record of driving process improvement or automation initiatives
