Own the BI/reporting workstream end-to-end as a reporting product owner
Perform senior business analysis for transportation and tolling initiatives
Develop and support Power BI reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence
Define and own business and reporting requirements
Work independently and engage with business and technical stakeholders
Collaborate with SQL architects, developers, QA, operations, and client teams
Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions from technical and abstract information
Support technology transformation, business change, and staffing services through Adaptation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in tolling or transportation back-office systems
Background in the tolling or transportation industries
Strong experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboards, and requirements ownership
Power BI reporting experience
Tolling, transportation, or transaction processing experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with JIRA
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with technical documentation
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions from technical and abstract information
Strong stakeholder-facing and documentation skills
Ability to work with SQL architects, developers, QA, operations, and client teams
