About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact
  • Define and shape product vision and strategy by translating user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a scalable roadmap
  • Run discovery calls, mine support tickets, and translate customer feedback into clear problem statements
  • Build, launch, and iterate on capabilities from 0→1 and 1→scale
  • Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Set a high bar for execution, usability, and platform coherence
  • Drive discovery and development of ERP integrations for AI agents and the Adaptive product suite
  • Partner directly with the Product Lead & Head of Growth, design, and engineering teams
  • Build reliable, enterprise-grade AI agents for construction companies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of experience leading development of integrations with a proven history of delivering complex technical products
  • Demonstrated experience building or launching Construction ERP Integrations
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct for Construction, and Procore is a plus
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to go deep with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value
  • Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when navigating complex multi-system integrations
  • High ownership mindset
  • Must work in a hybrid arrangement or remotely from the NYC/Boston area as applicable
