About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own account provisioning end-to-end during the shift
Set up demo accounts for demos booked by BDR and AE/GTM teams
Fix and resolve flagged account issues
Monitor the provisioning-issues channel during core hours and escalate appropriately
Use AI tools, including Adaptive's Claude-based asset-sourcing automation
Coordinate handoffs with morning and late-night contractors to maintain continuous provisioning coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year degree or currently pursuing one
Extremely detail-oriented, with meticulous attention to accuracy
Organised under pressure and able to prioritise competing requests
Comfortable working independently without constant oversight
Interested in AI tools
Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Reliable and execution-focused
Available Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET
Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed in the application
