About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders on using AI to create measurable business value
- Define and own AI strategies and roadmaps, including vision, prioritization, investment cases and expected ROI
- Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models and capability-building programs
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives and work with solution architects and delivery teams to bring them to production
- Monitor Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM market trends and assess their strategic impact
- Drive AI adoption and change management through training, communication and AI literacy initiatives
- Contribute to business development through proposals, discovery engagements and long-term client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation, including senior or leadership roles in consulting or industry
- Proven track record of defining AI strategies and taking AI initiatives from idea to measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of modern AI, including ML, Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI
- Technical depth sufficient to challenge architects and assess feasibility without being hands-on day to day
- Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence, AI programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and align C-level executives, business leaders and technical teams
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding and on-site engagements
