About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain the backlog and write user stories
  • Describe test scenarios
  • Map stakeholders responsible for acceptance testing
  • Conduct acceptance testing and coordinate the acceptance process
  • Align with stakeholders, channel leaders, product leaders, and partner teams to structure experiments
  • Contribute to business and product strategy with the Sponsor and customers, connecting the strategic vision to the team
  • Translate business needs into stories for development by the agile team
  • Plan and deliver continuous, incremental releases
  • Track product, process, quality, and people metrics
  • Provide periodic reports
  • Identify and analyze problems and opportunities, proposing solutions
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the backlog, considering business, technology, and operational needs
  • Align sprint goals and outcomes with business objectives, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Track the agile team’s metrics and budget
  • Communicate the product vision and ensure backlog alignment
  • Represent the interests of the end customer
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor products
  • Track the product lifecycle and evolution with stakeholders and product leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Product Owner
  • Experience in customer experience, product strategy, processes, and innovation projects
  • Knowledge of customer research and testing methodologies
  • Curiosity to understand customer behavior and needs, with the ability to translate them into customer journeys
  • Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications
  • Candidates must reside in São Paulo (SP)
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, User Experience, Design Thinking, or Digital Marketing is desirable
  • Experience with health insurance products and services and Microsoft Azure Boards is desirable
  • Knowledge of financial and tax processes is desirable
  • Courses or training related to agile methodologies, such as Lean UX, Scrum, and Kanban, are desirable
