About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects for the AddTax solution
Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
Ensure proper use of Addvisor’s official methodology
Serve as the primary communication point for clients, senior management, and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Guide the team in root cause analysis, solution definition, documentation, testing, and transition to operations
Lead status meetings, executive steering committees, and operational alignment meetings
Support pre-sales activities, including scope estimation and design, as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of proven experience managing SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects
Technical and functional knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes
Strong command of Waterfall and SAP Activate project methodologies
Clear, objective, and executive-level communication skills
Proactive, dynamic, and skilled at building strong client relationships
Advanced English and/or Spanish (a plus)
PMI certification (a plus)
