- Act as a technical lead or delivery lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Salesforce, encompassing multiple Clouds, platform functionality, and integrations
- Experience leading Salesforce-related teams, programs, or services
- Ability to act as a technical lead or delivery lead, with a predominantly technical, functional, or hybrid background
- Strong knowledge of service management and ITIL practices, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Proven experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery predictability
- Knowledge of architecture, integrations, security, governance, and the evolution of Salesforce platforms
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
- Experience managing external vendors and partners
- Good understanding of the relationship between cost, capacity, quality, and service levels
- Experience working with teams and stakeholders distributed across different countries and cultures
- Advanced English proficiency
