About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain the product backlog and write user stories
Define test scenarios
Map stakeholders responsible for acceptance testing and sign-off
Conduct acceptance testing and coordinate the sign-off process
Align with key stakeholders, channel leaders, product leaders, and partner teams to structure experiments
Support the Sponsor and clients in defining business and product strategy
Bridge the gap between the strategic vision and the Agile team
Interpret business needs and translate them into development user stories
Plan and deliver continuous, incremental releases
Track product, process, quality, and people metrics
Prepare periodic reports
Identify and analyze problems and opportunities, proposing solutions
Define, prioritize, and maintain the backlog, considering business, technology, and operations
Ensure sprint goals and outcomes are aligned with business objectives and results (KPIs and OKRs)
Track Agile team metrics and budget
Communicate the product vision to the team and align the backlog with objectives
Represent the interests of the end customer
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competing products
Identify opportunities and gaps
Monitor the product lifecycle and product evolution with stakeholders and product leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer experience, product strategy, and innovation processes and projects
Knowledge of customer research and testing methodologies
Curiosity to understand customer behavior and needs, with the ability to translate them into customer journeys
Experience with Tax Reform projects is desirable and considered a differentiator
Experience using Microsoft Azure Boards is desirable
Knowledge of financial and tax processes is desirable
Courses or training in Agile methodologies (Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) are desirable
Experience with health insurance products and services
Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, User Experience, Design Thinking, or Digital Marketing is desirable
Reside in São Paulo, SP
Attend the client’s office twice a week
Availability to pick up the company equipment and complete onboarding on the first day at the client’s office in Alphaville, Barueri, São Paulo
