About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document requirements clearly, concisely, and comprehensibly using various formats (user stories, scenarios, diagrams, etc.).
- Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Refine user stories, ensuring they are "ready for development."
- Communicate requirements effectively to the development team, clarifying questions and providing the necessary context.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives).
- Work closely with the Product Owner, developers, designers, and other team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiência sólida como Analista de Requisitos em projetos de desenvolvimento de software.
- Domínio de metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum.
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação, tanto oral quanto escrita.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de forma independente.
- Proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
- Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de requisitos e projetos (Azure DevOps) é um diferencial.
