About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Prepare requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved departments
- Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying questions
- Identify risks and impacts resulting from changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure requirements traceability and validation with users
- Work collaboratively using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Collect the company laptop and complete onboarding on the first day at the client’s office in Alphaville, Barueri, São Paulo

What you’ll need- Experiência comprovada como Analista de Requisitos
- Conhecimento em técnicas de elicitação e documentação de requisitos
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Azure DevOps)
- Habilidade de comunicação e negociação com diferentes stakeholders
- Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas
- Perfil analítico
- É necessário que o profissional resida no estado de SP
- Diferenciais: Experiência em projetos de grande porte e sistemas complexos
- Diferenciais: Experiência com testes de aceitação e validação de requisitos
- Diferenciais: Experiência em desenvolvimento de software e arquitetura de sistemas
