About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the functional lead for SAP PP
- Analyze, design, and improve planning and production processes
- Configure the SAP PP module
- Work with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Plan production and material requirements
- Manage and analyze planned orders and production orders
- Work with BOMs (Bills of Materials), routings, work centers, and production versions
- Support capacity planning
- Analyze and resolve issues related to the production process
- Gather requirements from business teams
- Prepare functional specifications
- Lead integration testing and provide user support
- Participate in implementation, rollout, and process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Senior SAP PP Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of Production Planning processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of MRP
- Experience with production orders
- Knowledge of BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions
- Experience with capacity planning
- Experience in SAP projects and/or support operations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business processes
- Experience with implementations, projects, interfaces, functional specifications, and debugging is required
