About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead squads in an on-site environment, organizing agile ceremonies (planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews)
Participate in defining the future vision, mission, and OKRs for products
Prioritize the backlog (MVP1 and product backlog) together with the Product Owner (PO)
Ensure sprint execution, manage risks, and remove impediments
Define methodologies and management tools, train the team, and enable effective use of Azure DevOps
Monitor technical development in alignment with architecture, security, infrastructure, governance, and data & analytics guidelines
Liaise with other IT areas, including ecosystems, squads, and guilds
Report sprint status weekly
Manage vendors and the resources required for the product
Evaluate market solutions, in-house development, and hybrid solutions
Lead the MVP1 go-live, including prototyping, piloting, rollout, data loads, and training
Support the product in production, ensuring performance and the resolution of critical bugs
Evolve the product roadmap and lead new MVPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional, PWA, and Project Online for calculating indicators such as the Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and critical path
An “AI First” mindset focused on increasing productivity
Knowledge of Generative AI, including GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI agents
Knowledge of a programming language to effectively engage with and provide input to the technical team
Ability to lead squads in an on-site environment
Knowledge of agile methodologies, management tools, and Azure DevOps for sprint organization and planning
Knowledge of architecture, security, infrastructure, governance, and data & analytics
