Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and monitor Quality Assurance activities
Ensure process compliance with the Quality Management System, food safety requirements, and corporate guidelines
Provide strategic support to the team and management
Ensure production processes adhere to established standards by conducting on-site validations and following up with operational leaders
Prepare, review, and control Quality Management System documentation
Lead traceability processes and investigate customer complaints
Analyze incidents, respond to service requests, and propose improvement actions
Develop and monitor quality performance indicators through dashboards and periodic analyses
Monitor nonconformities, deviations, and service levels to support decision-making
Prepare materials and deliver training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and quality-related topics
Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System prerequisite programs
Participate in internal, external, and second-party audits
Guide and raise employee awareness of Quality Management System requirements
Conduct periodic factory inspections and propose corrective actions
Manage internal and external nonconformities, conducting root-cause analyses and action plans

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Proficiency in HACCP management
Intermediate knowledge of standards and legislation applicable to the food industry
Intermediate critical-analysis skills through the evaluation of performance indicators
Intermediate knowledge of Quality Management System management
Intermediate knowledge of process interactions
Basic English
